You can swim in the\u00a0<strong>refreshing pools below the waterfall<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>explore the surroundings,<\/strong>\u00a0which include some\u00a0<strong>ancient temple remains<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p>There are two main waterfalls in the national park, with the bigger one being more commonly used for swimming, relaxing and even picnicking! These\u00a0<strong>waterfalls are considered sacred sites<\/strong>, so be sure to\u00a0<strong>dress appropriately and remain covered up<\/strong>\u00a0even when swimming!\u00a0<\/p><p>You can reach the waterfalls by\u00a0<strong>travelling around 1.5 hours to the National Park north of Siem Reap<\/strong>. Only a\u00a0<strong>10-minute drive from our Hub<\/strong>, these trains offer a<strong>\u00a0scenic ride over colonial bridges, rural countryside and lush jungle!<\/strong>\u00a0The train may also stop in local neighbourhoods where you can buy drinks and souvenirs!<\/p><p>These trains are powered by a\u00a0<strong>small motor with a bamboo platform on top!<\/strong>\u00a0They can only get up to about 40km\/h, meaning you will have a slow yet scenic journey!\u00a0<\/p><p>The tracks were\u00a0<strong>once used in the 1930s when the French built railroads to transfer rice<\/strong>\u00a0between Poipet and Phnom Penh. During the war, the\u00a0<strong>railroads were targets for bombs, and later removed during the Khmer Rouge<\/strong>. However, after the conflicts,\u00a0<strong>locals were quick to repair the track to transport produce and passengers!<\/strong><\/p><p>Now, the train is a\u00a0<strong>great way of supporting locals while seeing more of the Cambodian countryside!<\/strong>\u00a0It is around $8 (AUD) per person, which goes straight into supporting the locals who operate the
