With non-communicable diseases, mental health, nutritional deficiencies and environmental health issues, our Health Promotion projects are vital for raising awareness and improving health education amongst the community. By raising awareness of these issues, our goal is to build community capacity and impact overall health.
Through our partnerships in Nepal, we work with various community members, including local schools, women groups and healthcare facilities as we work on a range of projects that aim to improve community health. As part of our Health Promotion Challenge, you will get to work on these hands-on, creating long-term sustainable impact. Supported by our team on the ground, you will be:

Facilitating basic first aid training for students and teachers at our local partner schools!

Designing and implementing educational workshops at our local partner schools and in the wider community! You could be focusing on key health issues such as social and emotional well-being, women’s health and preventative measures for non-communicable diseases.

Contributing to our bullying awareness campaign at our local partner schools!
