Being a Challenge Leader is both rewarding and challenging. You’ll help keep your team organised before departure, encourage them throughout the trip, and lead by example.

You won’t be doing it alone. From the day you apply until you arrive back in the UK, you’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance, leadership training and ongoing advice. Our team will also be there every step of the way, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
